All enlightened masters advise us to meditate - so that we can have direct contact with our true life and our natural state of serenity and peace. In this talk, Joan Suval reminds us of Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati's reassuring words, "After reaching into the inner sky, the seeker doesn't care about the ups and downs of the mental plane."
